๐Ÿ‘. ๐‘๐ž๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ – yes you read that right! Reward yourself for your hard work, for your stressful week. You are not just this working machine, you are HUMAN first.

You will see when you have a tangible goal you are working towards, work will seem more exciting than just WORK. Not only to pay bills or climb the career ladder, but you have a set goal that you are looking forward to.
๐Ÿ“. ๐“๐š๐ค๐ž ๐š ๐ง๐š๐ฉ – this seems so obvious! To chill and relax and just be lazy if you want. So many people feel guilty about doing this. Remember this is your break! Your weekend! Your time to reset! Use it!
