𝟑. 𝐑𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 – yes you read that right! Reward yourself for your hard work, for your stressful week. You are not just this working machine, you are HUMAN first.

𝟒. 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥- Let’s say you want to visit Japan, you have always wanted to. Well, set the goal! You will see when you have a tangible goal you are working towards, work will seem more exciting than just WORK. Not only to pay bills or climb the career ladder, but you have a set goal that you are looking forward to.
𝟓. 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐧𝐚𝐩 – this seems so obvious! To chill and relax and just be lazy if you want. So many people feel guilty about doing this. Remember this is your break! Your weekend! Your time to reset! Use it!
𝟔. 𝐄𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 – yes, yes, yes! I know! Waistline and fitness are very important to you but stop being so strict. Will it kill you to have a small macaroon?
