STRANGE TACTICS THAT REALLY SAVED ME WITH ANXIETY!!!

Ok so as we all know by now, I had carcinophobia for 10 years.
I was so anxious every single day and some of the episodes I would have on my own were BAD.

So within those 10 years, I found really strange things that totally worked for me.

As you know I am not a big fan of managing your anxiety and more about healing it, but if you are choosing to manage over healing, these will help you BIG TIME!

Some are strange but they work!

If you have high functioning anxiety, you probably notice that your anxiety propels you forward rather than leaves you frozen in fear.

On the surface, you appear to be successful, together, and calm—the typical Type A personality who excels at work and life. However, the way you feel on the inside may be very different.

You may think your anxiety actually helps you but you will be surprised to know that is it fear-based and is limiting you profoundly from living your best life because you are never present in the moment.

SALES ANXIETY IS PROBABLY THE WORST TYPE OF ANXIET

SALES ANXIETY IS PROBABLY THE WORST TYPE OF ANXIETY TO HAVE IN THE PROFESSIONAL WORLD.

After being an anxiety coach, my second passion is for sure SALES!

I have been in sales for almost 20 years!
Everything we do has got to do something with sales.
Sales run our world and it is part of everything we do.
Any profession includes some level of sales.

That is why if you suffer from this type of anxiety, it is so crucial to get to work and heal.
In the professional world, you can really cause a lot of damage and growth delay to your own career due to this type of anxiety.

Selling is hard as it is. To master sales is even more difficult! However, you could be an amazing salesperson, but your anxiety is not letting you shine as you should!

I have worked with many people with this type of anxiety and once they healed their careers skyrocketed and also many have started their own businesses.

𝗠𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗕𝗜𝗚 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀...𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧!

My client and I just finished a healing session.
In these sessions, we tap into the future and we END limiting beliefs about self.

In the healing energy of trance and relaxation my client ended a limiting belief and was replaced with this beautiful message!

And that's the beauty of ending limiting beliefs. There is something so much more beautiful and powerful just beneath it, but you can never get to it without doing healing work because it is so heavy and you simply believe in the limiting belief way too much!

The message from my client was so powerful that I had to make it into a quote and share it today with all of you.

Moments do not define us! They are simply just that .... A MOMENT!

So take a look at your own life. Maybe you were betrayed, wronged, or made feel like you are worthless and empty~
Take a deeper look and realize that moment was just a moment and do not attach all sorts of beliefs to yourself!

Beliefs weigh us down and make us stand in our own way of living our best lives!

Awareness is the first step toward healing!

Limiting beliefs can truly ruin us! They seem so real and we make them part of ourselves but they are just a belief you decided on somewhere along the line!

Here is a perfect example of my client who was having major anxiety all day and also panic attacks.

When we first spoke, she said it was horrible timing for her to do the program and that she was in such a bad place that she could not imagine doing coaching. But she took the leap and joined the program and EVERYTHING began to shift.

1) Ended her anxiety
2) Stopped having panic attacks
3) Stepped into full confidence
4) Really got to learn who she is for the first time ever

From the first day I met McKenzie I knew she is super strong as a person, but it did not matter what I knew or what I could see. The most important thing was for her to see how strong she! And now she has seen it and knows it.

It was such a beautiful process to see how she has fully stepped into her power.

As you will hear in her video, so many areas in her life changed for the better. Her career, her relationships, her relationship with herself, her physical health, her morning mood, and obviously her anxiety.

It might seem really simple, but the number 1 thing that stops people from ending their anxiety is ....

ADMITTING TO THEMSELF THEY HAVE ANXIETY!!!!

For many people, this is the toughest part!
Also the part that can stop them from ever living their best life.

Why?

Well because they had to numb the feelings out so they can move forward in life.

We are born and then we go through school, university , jobs and we just push through to get to the next step in life again and again.
We drag the traumas, the limiting fears, the fears with us all along.
Who ever really stops you in the midst of all of this to dig in to your mental health ?

And if anyone ever does, you usually respond with "I'm good" or "I am fine" and keep moving!

Long enough you say this out loud to others and to yourself, you start to believe you are fine but all you have really done is what we call numbing in coaching.

The anxiety remains, the pain remains, the negative domino effects of the anxiety disorder continues to leak in to all parts of your life slowly.

Why people pleasing anxiety is super toxic?
Because everything is about others and nothing about yourself. It is pretty much like you are NON EXISTENT in this world for yourself.

* You never put yourself first
* Others get to make or break your mood
* You obsess about every action and every word
* You get in a cycle of unhealthy relationships
* You can never say no and therefore have to always do things you do not want to.
* You can never reach the next level in your career and are "stuck"
* Repeat every scenario in your mind a million times and still can not let it go
* You create scenarios in your head that are almost never real but you get intense emotions from those scenarios
* You are not truly living and being present in life or in peace

If you have people pleasing anxiety, you should definitely care to heal because this is one of those type of anxiety disorders which robs your quality of life.
